4. Benjamin Woodruff ( Benjamin ) was christened 29 Aug 1762 in 1st Presbyterian Church, Morristown, Morris Co., New Jersey. He died 24 Jan 1838 in Cornwall, Orange Co., New York. [Notes] Benjamin married (1) Unknown about 1785. Unknown was born before 1764 in New Jersey. She died after 1820.

They had the following children:

	11	M	ii	Male Woodruff was born about 1794/1800.
	12	F	iii	Female Woodruff was born about 1794/1800.

Benjamin also married (2) Catharine on 2 Nov 1830 in Cornwall, Orange Co., New York. Catharine was born about 1791 in New York.

5. Joseph Woodruff ( Benjamin ) was born 13 Mar 1764 in Morris Co., New Jersey and was christened 10 Feb 1765 in 1st Presbyterian, Morristown, Morris Co., New Jersey. He died 9 Jun 1845 in Warwick, Orange Co., New York. [Notes] Joseph married (1) Margaret.

They had the following children:

	14	F	ii	Sarah Elizabeth Woodruff was born about 1792/1793.
+	15	M	iii	Moses J. Woodruff was born 4 May 1794 and died 6 Feb 1867.
+	16	M	iv	Cornelius Woodruff was born 14 May 1797 and died 10 May 1864.
+	17	M	v	Selah Woodruff was born 5 Oct 1801 and died 1868.

Joseph also married (2) Mary Raynor on 31 Jul 1827 in Warwick, Orange Co., New York. Mary was born about 1792 in New York. She died 23 Sep 1884 in Orange Co., New York. [Notes]

6. Joshua Woodruff ( Benjamin ) was christened 31 May 1767 in Presbyterian Church, New Providence, Union Co., New Jersey. He died after Oct 1845 in Lebanon Twp., Meigs Co., Ohio. [Notes] Joshua married Vashti Hitchcock about 1791 in Pennsylvania. Vashti was born about 1773/1774 in Pennsylvania. She died 1812 in Lebanon Twp., Meigs Co., Ohio and was buried in Bicknell Chapel Cemetery, Lebanon Twp., Meigs Co., Ohio. [Notes]

His will was probated 1828 in Pompton Twp., Bergen Co., New Jersey. [Notes] Daniel married Hannah. Hannah was born about 1773. She died after 1828 in New Jersey.
