A Comment About Rates:
Typical professional rates for genealogist range from $18.00 per hour to as
much as $100.00 per hour. Experienced genealogists and those with with a
particular specialty typically have higher fees than those who are less
experienced or non-specialized. To become more familiar with this topic, you
