Elvira Tewksbury daughter of James Dunning Tewksbury, sister to Ed Tewksbury she married Henry Slosser they had three children Dora, Minnie and Dolph. mother was full blooded Hoopa Indian. We can not find a name for her.

My wife's maiden name is HOVEY - and she comes from the line of LeRoy Farley. Hovey (Sr) that married Sarah Frances Tewksbury in April 25, 1877. He was born Nov 19, 1847 and she was born Oct 14, 1850. Her father was James Winthrop Tewksbury born 4 Feb 1817 who married Lydia Maria Breed. Would enjoy hearing from you.

I have information to share on Elvira Tewksbury who married Henry Slosser in Arizona on 3/23/1880. She was sister of those involved in Pleasant Valley War.
