Henry married Martha COPP, daughter of William COPP, on 10 Nov 1659 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Martha was born before 1632 in Greenwich, Kent County, England. She died 12 Jan 1729/30 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.

They had the following children:
